About actions by the client towards confirming itinerary and further booking
• Towards customising/ confirming the itinerary, request browse online photos & reviews of proposed hotels (including location, accommodation type, facilities, proximity etc.) and sight-seeing (including distances and timings) and inform preferred choices/ discuss changes, if any. However, you are advised to finalise the itinerary on priority in order to avail the offered best-in-market price.
• Towards confirming the itinerary and booking of package/ air tickets/ hotels, please forward images of passport of all guests after checking thecorrectness and completeness of names, address and validity (minimum 6 months). Copies of PAN Card (linked with Adhaar) of the paying heads will also be required for the purpose of billing and remittance.

About Quoted Rates & Availability
• The rates quoted here are based upon today’s pricing and availability status. Rates and availability of hotel rooms/ travel tickets/ transfers/ sight-seeing are dynamic and subject to the status at the exact time of booking. Post confirmation by the client, any change in the quoted rate and availability will be again informed to the client for consent, prior booking.
• As the above quote is customised to the existingenquiry, in case of any subsequent change of date of travel, number of pax, hotel/ accommodation type, duration of stay, sight-seeing plan or vehicle type etc. by the client, a new quote will have to be provided by the company.
• Any special requests such as early check-in/ late check-out/ twin beds/ double beds/ extra bed/interconnecting rooms/ jain meal/ rooms on same floor/ smoking room etc. are to be initiated separately before the booking and same will be subject to availability as well as hotel’s discretion and hence not guaranteed. Certain facilities may incur additional charges and hence have to be catered at the time of booking.
• M/s GDV Global Pvt Ltd - ‘bookitforme’ merely acts an intermediate service provider and facilitator towards customising itineraries and booking tickets/ hotels as per clients’ requests. Hence, the companywill not be liable for any expense that client might incur due to circumstances beyond company’scontrol such as flight cancellation/ delays, accidents of any nature, bad weather, natural calamities, medical evacuation, supplier policies, force majeureetc.
• This is just a quote; no rooms or services have been blocked and the same are subject to availability at the exact time of booking, post confirmation of itinerary by the client.
• Exchange rates and remittance charges will be applicable as per the prevailing rates at the time of booking.
• Credit card payments will incur payment gateway charges and are to be paid by the client, if opting for payment through credit card.
• Post confirmation of itinerary by the clients, once tickets/ hotels are booked, the subject bookings willbe non-refundable and any amendments will be subject to actual charges incurred.
Important Information for Clients
• Generally, standard global check-in time at hotels is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 11:00 hrs. However, this may vary at few hotels, hence guest should reconfirm the same before booking and plan accordingly.
• The ‘Triple Room’ might have an extra bed/ rollaway bed/ sofa-cum-bed or extra mattress, as per hotel’s inventory and discretion.
• ‘City Taxes’ wherever applicable, are to be paid by the guest directly to the hotel at the time of check-in/ check-out and have not been factored in quotation.
• Certain hotels at foreign destinations may ask for a refundable ‘Security Deposit’ at the time of check-inand same is to be paid/ refunded by the client/ hotel respectively.
• Foreign country supplier reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour itinerary without prior notice in case of force majeure.
• Clients are advised to opt for travel insurance (covering medical expenses, loss of baggage, curtailment of trip etc.) before the foreign trip.
• Transfers (Private/ Seat-In-Coach) :
o In case of private transport, the service will be provided by private vehicle/ taxi.
o In case of Seat-In-Coach (SIC), tour pickup/ drop off will be either from hotel or nearest meeting point depending on destination.
o Guests are to be present at the lobby (reception area) OR at the designated meeting point at their pick-up time of transfer.
o For SIC Tours/ Transfers drivers will wait a maximum 5-10 minutes.
o All quotes pertaining to transfers are for no. of pax mentioned. In case of change of pax, rates will differ.
o Transfers have scheduled timings and deliverables. Additional charges may be levied by the transport service provider in case of odd hours, night transfers, luggage trailers, extra kilometres, extra waiting timeetc.
o Transfers are only for point-to-point travel. No additional service will be provided. Maximum waiting time at Airport is 60 min and at Train Station/ Hotel it is 15 mins. Excess waiting time charges will be applicable.
o Station/ Airport transfers are not included unless mentioned.
o Driver tips/ gratuity is to be paid directly by the clients to the transport service provider/ driver during/ after the tour.
o Many cities in Europe have introduced a local ‘City Tax/ Tourist tax’. This tax is collected by the hotels directly from clients and it is not included in our offers.
o SIC tours have fixed timings, hence clients are requested to kindly reconfirm the services at least 24 hrs prior to departure.
o In case, SIC tour pick up is not from the hotel, clients have to make their own arrangement for transfers to & fro to the pick-up point. Exact pick up point will be informed once booking is confirmed.
